Which are some of the best book sites for non fiction book reviews?
I just self published a non fiction book about my experiences living outside the USA , acclimating to the country , and after 23 years returning to the USA. The book named " Leaving Home , Going Home , Returning Home " is with Amazon.com. As a self publisher I am marketing the book on my own. My questions are what are the best book review sites to try and get my book reviewed on, and what radio shows have author interviews that are popular?

Book Authors Paying For Positive Reviews on Online Book Selling Sites?
Is it true that authors customarily pay some small amount to people who are willing to write positive reviews of their work on online sites such as Amazon? Doesn't this render online book reviews at selling sites suspect?
Do you know of any book sites that have extensive reviews and ratings?
Preferably with a large amount of books reviewed and both professional and customer reviews. I've found a few myself, but I'd like to know of one with more book reviews and a detail of the content (like movies have with R, PG-13, etc...). Thanks.
I usually read the reviews on borders.com and barnesandnoble.com. They provide both professional reviews of the book, a synopsis, and customer reviews with extensive ratings in a variety of categories. I find these sites very helpful in choosing literature to read, even if I'm not looking to buy from them.
